For SEBI-registered portfolio managers

AI drafts.
People decide. The governed system of record for PMS firms.

WealthX keeps a portfolio manager's books from onboarding to the SEBI report. Its AI reads the day and writes the first draft. It has no way to change a record: every change is made by a named person and approved by another.

One click, made-up data, resets nightly.

  1. AI reads the day's allowed records
  2. AI drafts a suggestion
  3. A person submits it as maker
  4. Another person approves
  5. Logged, write-once
How a change happens in WealthX: the AI reads and drafts, a person submits, a second person approves, and every step is logged.

Live in the demo today

The morning starts with a digest, not twelve screens.

Each morning WealthX lists what blocks end of day, what's past its window and what to do first. Rules choose the items and their order. The AI only rewrites them in plain words and groups the ones that share a cause.

  • A validator rejects any wording that drops an item, invents a number or changes the order.
  • Client names become tokens before a prompt leaves the app.
  • If the AI is off, fails or hits its monthly cap, you get the rule list. The panel is never empty.

Governed AI

The AI reads and drafts. It never holds the pen.

SEBI holds the firm responsible for whatever its AI tools produce. So the line is drawn in code, not in a prompt: the assistant has no write path, holds no role and is never the maker or the checker.

What it does

  • Reads only the records it's allowed to, after names are swapped for tokens.
  • Writes a first draft: today the morning digest; next, the recon break explainer, the corporate-action reader and the file-layout mapper.
  • Points each line at the screen where a person fixes it.

What it can't do

  • Change a record, approve a change or act as maker or checker.
  • Touch investment decisions, model portfolios, allocation or orders.
  • Send anything to a client, custodian or regulator.
  • Compute NAV, fees, tax or returns. The engines own every number.

Maker-checker approves

A draft becomes real only when a named person takes it into the normal form and submits it. A different person approves it, and sees that it was AI-assisted.

An AI register

Every call is logged: use case, model, what was sent, what came back, its cost, and what the person did with it. Compliance can search and export it.

The firm's own switch

Each use case is switched on by the firm through maker-checker, with a monthly cost cap. Switching it off changes nothing else.

India-only inference in production

Production calls go to Amazon Bedrock's India profile, in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The public demo uses made-up data and calls the Anthropic API directly.

The operations core

One system of record, from onboarding to the SEBI report.

Every movement of money and securities is posted once, to an immutable journal. Holdings, balances and reports are read from it, so the numbers agree everywhere.

  • Client onboarding

KYC, agreements, mandates, nominees and families, resident and NRI.

  • Ledger and holdings

Lots, trade-date and settled holdings, cash and pool allocation.

  • Daily valuation

End of day per portfolio, with a waiting state for late prices. NAV, TWRR and XIRR.

  • Fees

Accrued daily, debited and invoiced quarterly. SEBI exit-load limits built in.

  • Reconciliation

Holdings and cash matched against the ICICI and HDFC custody files.

  • Corporate actions

From announcement to entitlement, applied once to every holder.

  • SEBI reporting

The monthly report, client statements and APMI benchmark comparisons.

  • Distributors

Trail-only commissions and a portal of their own.

The client portal

Your clients see your brand, and numbers that match the books.

The portal carries the firm's own name, colours and domain. It's published after each end of day from its own read-only copy, so what a client sees is what the ledger says.

  • Holdings by strategy, with the sector mix.
  • Performance: TWRR and XIRR against the strategy's benchmark.
  • Gains and tax: gains and losses by holding, income this year, tax documents.
  • Documents: statements, invoices and agreements.
  • Requests that land in the back office inbox.

Compliance and trust

Built for the audit, not added before it.

Maker-checker on every write
Anything that changes money, client data or configuration is proposed by one person and approved by another. The checker can't be the maker.
Write-once audit log and records vault
The audit log is sealed and anchored to write-once storage. Records go to a vault the firm owns.
CSCRF compliance pack
The evidence a firm needs for SEBI's cybersecurity framework, prepared and kept current by WealthX.
Data stays in India
Each firm runs on AWS Mumbai, with Hyderabad for disaster recovery.
One deployment per firm
Every firm gets its own deployment, database and network. Nothing is shared between firms.
Your identity provider
Staff sign in through the firm's own identity provider, with a second factor.
